I bought two 10 ft rolls of this stainless steel sheet metal to make a chimney cap. The metal sheet is of great quality and nice shiny polish.1. The thickness is just right, thick enough to be strong, but still easy to cut with tin sniper. Easy to bend using my small sheet metal bending brake (3ft long).2. Truely stainless. My chimney cap has been installed for more than half a year. There's no sign of rust. Still shiny as new in sun light.3. I use good metal drill bits to drill screw holes through the sheet metal, a piece of scrape wood is laid under the metal, some pressure is applied on the electric drill, then it is not very hard. But self tapping screw won't work due to the sheet metal's thickness.

I ordered this 26 gauge copper twice. The box was marked 26 gauge but it measures 20 gauge. Much too thick for my use
