It's within the thickness of the tube for accuracy of the mandrel bend. It works but it's not great.

Excellent U bend pipe, strong and very workable I used this for the rear section of a Custom exhaust based on the magnaflow exhaust Dimensions for my 11' Lancer Ralliart
