Had a hot water leak under the foundation of my house. Plumber ran new pipe in walls and ceiling to bypass leaking copper pipe under floor. Had to cut drywall and ceiling to run the new pipe. Instead of repairing all the holes in drywall, I used these panels to create access to the new pipe. Hope I never need to use them, but they worked great. Good quality and easy to install with glue and/or silicon sealant/caulk.

I needed a fairly large sized access door to cover the main water shutoff valve and pressure reducing valve which is located in a closet in my living room. The panel was relatively affordable for its size, easy to install, and it looks fine in a closet. Not that it needs to be very sturdy, but it is a bit on the flimsy side. In a slight "emergency" I discovered that I need a slot-head screwdriver to get it open. Working frantically, I applied too much force and popped the door out of its frame. Nothing hurt, I was able to pop it back in. Until I get around to putting some kind of handle on the door, I just don't snap it all the way shut; no big deal. Considering the odd size and shape I needed, I would buy this again.
