This product arrived with the shipping label of a medical practice in California. The boxes were trashed. There is a red dot on the box that indicates sterile when Red but the indicators were not red indicating that these scalpels were not sterile, DO NOT BUY!!!

Blades are sharp but they dull quickly. For the money though this is an excellent value.
