Tips:

3 . Fully charged the solar panel under sunlight for 12 hours at the first time use.

6 . Please keep the panel clean and put it directly in the sun to get enough solar energy to charge.

Worked great for our holiday lighting! However if there is any bright light near it, it will not turn on. Also didn't stay on super long I don't know if that's because it's winter and not as much sun? Over all they're ok!

These give a cool spooky fire effect but could be used all year round. They were easy to install, however the plastic stakes that go in the ground were weak and one broke off when putting it into dry, firmer dirt. I wish the package came with other stakes in case one breaks.

The lantern itself is great and I love the look. The stand is cheap and wobbles about. When I tried to push one farther into the ground to keep it from leaning over, the metal snapped at the point where it screws together (comes as multiple pieces). All the joints are a bit wobbly. I ended up buying new, sturdier hooks for them because I really do love the lantern

I almost never give 5 star reviews, but these are AMAZING! I am in love with the flicker setting as our house is primitive and it gives a true old lantern feel. I’m usually a cheap-o and groaned at paying $45 for 4 of these but now I’m ordering more! They’re perfect, especially for ~$10 each and they include the hook too. You know they’re good when even my fiancé, who is OCD and picky as can be, said “These are badass! Order more!” If I absolutely had to be nitpicking, the ground spike for the hook kinda bends easy but our ground wasn’t the softest. Also, since the hook screws together in 3 pieces, it leans a little bit unlike the sturdiness of a solid metal hook. They’re bright, charge perfect in my front garden, don’t weigh much, and is definitely worth the price!!

I hang these on the corners of my gazebo and everyone loves them. Well made, last for hours at night, great lighting pattern. The only thing I would change is to make the light slightly more orange. They blend well with my other solar flame lights but if the color was a little darker they would be perfect.

Loved that these lanterns looked realistic and flickered like a candle. They added a fun spooky glow to our Halloween graveyard. I only wish they held a charge all through the night. It is completely made of plastic, no glass involved, but seems to be built well.

Nice lanterns. Easy to assemble, the shepherd's hooks are marginal, but they work, as the lanterns are very lightweight. I will probably figure out a way to tie them to the hooks as a strong wind could easily blow them off the hooks. Lasted for several hours, but not all night. Not sure when they went out, but they were dark this morning. They do have a replaceable AA battery, not soldered in like some units. I'll probably try using a more powerful battery and see if that makes any difference. Nice to have that option. I'd definitely avoid any lights that have the battery soldered in.
