The lid was a bit tricky to get on, the small rod and spring I kind of had to force but once I finally got it in, it was perfect and I am very happy. I got my rotor with a speed feed and occasionally would have balls fall out so I just needed a lid for a bit more security when I need to rush or when running.

Exactly as described. If you need a new lid for your Dye Rotor this is likely the best option.

The product is a perfect fit. My problem with the lid is that it breaks easily and becomes nonfunctional. The Dye rotor is a great product with some minor flaws.

The lip that catches the hopper broke off the original. Not allowing the lid to stay closed. This replacement, and the three other replacements of different colors, did the same thing in one day of use each. I get it. Speed feeds are the new thing. I play in the woods. In the rain. And in the snow. This hopper performs too well to buy a competitor. But the quality control for these parts has gone to s***. My original lid was just that. The original part. This is a 1st generation rotor. I've had it this long before the lid broke. And you mean to tell me 4 replacements can't make it a single day each? Way to make sure people keep buying your $150 hoppers Dave.
