My 2 year old and 6 year old share this tutu. They both love it as it has different colors. The waist elastic is pretty good and could expand from a 2 year old to 6 year old.The skirt itself is rough as usual like other tutu's but it does not seem to bother them.

The tulle sections are not connected except at the top so they separate and don't look like a cohesive skirt. The lining material wrinkles and bunched up really badly under the tulle layer, so you're left wirh tulle strips over a too short wrinkled mess.The colors are bright and true to picture.
