The parcel box is very large and study. However, the latch assembly is defective. The seller has been responsive and sent a replacement latch, but it still does not work properly. The inside receptacle is cut so small, that the key latch will not go all the way down, causing the door key latch to bind, and the key can’t be removed, and the door is not locked correctly. I removed the inside receptacle, so the key latch now is locked just against the frame, but i shouldn’t have a mickey mouse lock on such an expensive item.

This parcel box is great: sturdy, secure, and holds a lot of mail and packages. Price has gone up quite a bit since we purchased it two years ago, but I think it is worth not having the hassle of stolen packages.BTW, make sure you keep the key somewhere handy. It’s small, so put it on a big key ring.

Thrilled with this vault. It was exactly what was needed in front of the office. Customer Service at dVault answered all of my questions before I purchased on Amazon. No more trips to the post office to pick up packages. The vault works perfectly.

This is so big I think we could go away for a few months and the mail wouldn't overflow! We had our contractor cover this with decorative stone and it looks great. Highly recommend.

I ordered this and had it stuccoed just like the picture in the advertisement. Amazon had the best price I could find anywhere. The dVault box holds a whole lot of mail and the opening is large enough to allow most of my Amazon packages to fit in it as well! When I've been gone for an extended time, I put a tub in the bottom and allow the mail to collect and just remove the whole tub when I get back. Its very good at keeping mail dry, I haven't had a soggy letter yet! This was a great purchase and too a lot of worry about what was happening with my mail whenever I'm out of toown!
