The cabinet was missing several bins. The manufacturer refused to replace them and the only option Amazon gave was to return this 500 lb. Item over 5 lbs. worth of bins. Poor customer service.

First of all the item is well made and arrived in good condition and works well, I really like it. The problem is with the delivery company; is this case it was CEVA a global delivery company. They have you pick from available dates for delivery and you can choose morning or afternoon and require an adult signature. I took half the day off from work and waited for my 12:00 - 4:00 delivery. At 5:30 they messaged that delivery was attempted and rescheduled it for two days later. This was a lie, they never had it on a truck that day and never contacted me and, they did not deliver it two days later either. I was never able to talk to CEVA with the phone numbers they provided. Luckily Amazon was able to contact them and scheduled the delivery for 12:00 - 4:00 a few days later; they arrived at 5:15. Beware of CEVA deliveries.

The cabinet is sturdy and solid, I anchored mine to the concrete floor, I am very pleased with the quality. I noticed the plastic bins have grooves, both left to right, and front to back, for dividers to section off the bin in whatever direction you choose. Problem is that I can’t find any of these dividers. I’ve seen a few assorted dividers on Amazon, however, I’m only interested in the dividers that are specific to these bins, anything else would just be a tree fort. In my opinion, these dividers should be an accessory available for purchase, otherwise this is a solid 5-star rating. If anyone knows where these can be purchased, please let me know.

Item came ok, truck with lift gate arrived at my house. Used my tractor to move it after they dropped it at the street. Handle came loose during shipping. Think this is really a manufacturing issue, not shippers fault. It was still in the hole but loose so it scratched the paint in a circle on the door. There was also a top corner that the paint rubbed off. Cardboard wasn't damaged so not sure, but could have been during shipping. Call durham and they don't help you, they make Amazon deal with you. Amazon is usually great anyways, they took care of me. Didn't want to deal with shipping a second one so got a decent discount. A few weeks later set up the bins and durham left out 8 bins, 4 of one size and 4 of another. They only cost a couple of bucks so no big deal I thought. Well you have to buy like 20 of each! Contact Amazon again and they hooked me up with enough to buy all the bins. Cabinet is still empty but we use these at work all the time and they are great. The QC at the factory could use some help though.

If you have the resources to move this humongous, heavy thing (seriously, don't underestimate how difficult it can be if you don't have a couple of strong helpers available), then it can be a great addition to your workshop. Also, I've found that Durham Mfg has excellent customer service, both for before-sale questions and after-sale support. There is one thing that I'd change, though. The cabinet comes with five different sizes of bins, and the two smallest sizes have either a manufacturing flaw or a design choice that is irritating. There's a tab on the back of each bin that slips over the slats in the cabinet walls. The problem is, the smaller bins have little nubs on the tabs that makes them difficult to either remove or to drop into the slats—I find that I have to apply enough force that I too often knock off the adjoining bins, which is more than a little annoying. It could be a molding error, but since it also makes the bins harder to knock off accidentally it could be a deliberate design choice. If that latter, then I disagree with it. Fortunately, you can fix it by carefully cutting off the nubs with a very sharp knife, but that's a really tedious project for the 128 affected bins. The problem is troublesome enough that I've knocked off one star for it.Incidentally, the same-size bins in the compatible Akro-Mils product line (also sold by Amazon) don't have this flaw, er, design choice. But Akro-Mils doesn't sell anything like these nice Durham cabinets, so it's worth getting the Durham products and fixing the problem with their bins.

This is an awesome addition to your garage organizer. I had a lot of question and thought this could help you understand a few things. It does not come with any legs or feetIt’s heavy but manageable to slide aroundManufacturer does not recommend putting it on castersI make everything in my garage mobile so I can arrange for space and even wash the floors at times. I was overthinking and afraid how to put this piece on wheels so I want to share what I did.Get 2 precut 3/4” 2’x4’ plywood and apply wood glue one side and sandwich the 2 pieces together for overnight on a flat surface. Maybe set a couple of heavy bricks to help the glue setup. Add 6 casters each capable of 250 or more weight. I recommend stove bolting then in an 1” from edge for a stronger stand. With the 1.5” plywood mounted with all 6 casters you will have a strong dolly to leave this cabinet on. Run 4 2.5” bolts through the cabinet and dolly and now it’s one. I recommend and earthquake strap or angle bracket at top to prevent a top heavy over turn.Hope my photos help. Again this is an excellent purchase.
