These are excellent wrenches for the price. They are very accurately made and will do just fine for the work I do. Most of my shop work uses smaller sized tools but once in a while I need these big guys so they were worthwhile to purchase.

Needed some large metric wrenches for working on equipment around the farm. These wrenches are well made with a nice finish and are reasonably priced. I have other DuraTech wrenches as well and have been very pleased with them.

These wrenches are very nice, and seem to be very well made. However, after receiving them I came to the realization that they are much bigger than anything I'll ever need. Great product, but not for me. I'm returning them.

Very nice for a cheap set of wrenches. I have had these over two years and am happy. For the price I wasn’t expecting much. I would recommend if you need a cheap set for casual use.

I needed some larger sized metric combination wrenches and purchased this "Duratech" 5 wrench set. (23mm, 24mm, 26mm, 27mm, 30mm)The wrenches come in a nice tool roll that appears to be made of nylon. The case has two grommets on the upper corners so that the case could be hung up. The case also has a double nylon strap to tie the rolled case closed. The 23mm wrench (smallest in the set) is roughly 12" overall. The 30mm wrench (largest is set) is about 16 3/8" overall length. The cross sections of the wrenches vary by size, but they all appear to be thick enough for adequate strength. The wrenches are highly polished. The size markings are located on both sides near both ends but appear to be etched, not engraved or stamped. The size markings appear to be a bit too shallow to be easy to read when dirty. The narrow edge of the shanks is rather thin, and the cross section of the shank is also a bit thin. I don't think this will affect the working strength of the wrench, but it may make them less comfortable when applying heavy torque. This wrench set appears to be a decent value, but time will tell. I wouldn't call this an economy set but I wouldn't call it top of the line either.

I had all these intermediate sizes but they were all different brands, some longer, some shorter, some good, some not so good, some had been modified to work on certain fan clutches or thinned a bit to reach between fittings. My main set of toolbox wrenches ends at 1". Most "Jumbo" sets start at 1-5/16" and go to 2" But it has mostly been up to the individual mechanic to source the 1" (sometimes) and the 1-1/16", 1-1/8", 1-3/16", and 1-1/4". These are available individually on the tool truck at substantial cost. Somebody thought about this at Duratec. These are very nicely made wrenches with a smooth design that does not dig into your hands and there are no raised panels to scratch up the area around your work. The fit is very good and the price is unbeatable. I liked the SAE set so much I immediately ordered the METRIC set and I was not disappointed. The roll pouch is handy too so you don't have to tie up a bunch of toolbox space to store them. I put them in the bottom deep drawer with other fairly large tools. I would definitely buy them again but I bet I won't need to!
