DURANGO SUSPENSION SYSTEM - D.S.S
All day comfort, flexibility and durability is with the Durango Suspension System. Four key components are engineered together to create a lightweight design that consists of with a two-layer innersole, shank, shock absorbing EVA midsole and a high abrasion rubber outsole with a rolled shank area and rocker heel.
PROTECTIVE TOE
Impact testing determines the amount of protection to the toe under various foot pounds of force. Compression testing determines the amount of static pressure a steel/composite toe cap can withstand. Our boots are I75/C75
ELECTRICAL HAZARD
Footwear is built with nail-free construction to help insulate you from the ground to slow down conduction, but is not intended to be primary protection against electric shock. Leather footwear must be dry. Our electrical hazard boots meet and exceed ASTM electrical hazard standards.
OIL & SLIP RESISTANT OUTSOLE
Built with an outsole design and materials that help provide slip-resistance and traction on various surfaces.

I wear these 14hrs a day 5 days a week. Feet are never sore. They come home every night covered in gas, diesel, grease and mud. And yes I have tested the steel toes, several times. Love these boots. Bought another pair without the steel toes to wear when I'm not at work. Thats how good these boots are. That's all there is to say.

These boots fit just slighter bigger than my size (10.5). They are also lots wide enough for my wide foot (ordered EE width). The thing I really like is the instep - it’s roomier than my Ariat Workhogs. Although I loved the workhogs for their comfort sole they were just always a bit tight in the instep. The durangoes in the exact same size (10.5 EE) fit just a little roomier with a nicer instep. That’s me and my foot but if your considering the Ariats and have a high instep these are better. They are also really light. I like em, had them for a week now and no issues.

Just received these less than a week ago.....and after looking at very similar work boots, I selected these. I will say that I love the look and comfort of them however, they are almost a half size larger than what I expected. Most reviews stated that they were true to size but it's not the case with me. Not going to speak for the other reviews but will just say that this is the ONLY reason why I didn't give them 5 stars.

I purchase these for my son who works construction whenever he needs a new pair of boots. He loves them. He can flat wear out a pair of work boots. (Probably every 6 months or so.) We have tried all of the "top dollar" brands. He likes these the best in fit, comfort, looks, and lasting time.

I originally ordered 11.5 because my normal boot size is 11.5, currently wearing Double H which I find to wear slightly larger than sized, but these are about another half size larger than that, so pretty much a full size too large. Ordered the 11.5, sent back and got the 10.5 and they're a perfect fit. Boots are light but sturdy, overall I'm pretty happy with them. Waterproofed and ready to go, hopefully they stand up as well as my Double H boots. Figured it was time to try something a lot cheaper than Double H, time will tell how well they last, but first impression of them is great!
