The product is great! You will have to vacuum before steam cleaning but the floor feels really clean with just hot water.The cord is short so you have to keep unplugging as you move thru the home , plug in and wait for temp to build up and then mop . Overall - glad I bought it. Simple design. You need distilled water. Wish they would specify exactly how many ounces of water or fill the container or how many ounces of water with clean thousand square feet etc

I love this steamer . I had no idea the ability of steam cleaning. This is easy to use and very versatile with all of the attachments. Amazing what it could do to my shower glass doors. Like new!

As a clean freak this has changed my cleaning game!!(Especially with a newborn on the way!)It's super easy to use. Please pay attention to the manual, it's very descriptive for REASONS.The steam is definitely hot, it made my room very warm with a closed door because of having multi cats, lol. I love the versatile attachments (I even purchased extra from their store, IN LOVE!!!) they're actually fun and easy to use. The weight is managable. The effectiveness was indeed impressive. My main flooring is tile and bedrooms are carpet it literally works with both.

This is a great product. Very easy to use, it comes with several attachments for various cleaning and only requires water. We were able to remove stains that we weren't able to before using other steamers. We'll be using this item on a daily basis. Great investment and we're extremely happy with our purchase!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE My new steam cleaner! Heats fast, works amazing so far. I received it today and cleaned my windows with it. No more scrapping to get the fly poo off. Sparkly and streak free! I live on a farm and flies are terrible this time of year, LOVE this machine!I have used my steam cleaner a few times now, microwave, bathroom taps, kitchen taps, water cooler and garbage can have all been sanitized.This machine has cut my cleaning costs by more than 75% and I feel confident it’s clean! It’s even cut the grease on the cast iron grates on my gas stove, nothing else I’ve used would do that.

This product deserves all the positive reviews out there! It is compact, easy to fill and put together. I purchased it to clean the shower tile grout and the tile bathroom floor and it does an excellent job. The steam is produced is strong and consistent. There are loads of accessories (you'll never run out of the nylon or brass brushes lol); so far I've used the nylon brush and the floor pads and they've been excellent. The hose is plenty long and the wand is in two parts which to better accommodate what you are trying to clean. The tank is one wheels so it rolls easily with absolutely no spillage and the cord wraps up beneath the tank; nice & compact for storing.

I was hesitant at first about the price, but the Dupray Neat Steam Cleaner (17-Piece Kit – Versatile Chemical-Free Cleaning for Floors, Cars, Tiles, etc) is completely worth every penny! We recently started a renovation and we’ve used this steam cleaner in every possible aspect.With zero noise and a perfect size for moving around the house, this compact machine will power through any mess in any part of your home. It heats up at or around eight to ten minutes and works well under any conditions. Some report water leakage, but I haven’t had any problem. It is steam, so when it’s idle you will have to “bleed” out the attachment by simply pressing the trigger for a second or two.Overall, the durability and ease make this product one that I will continue to use over and over again.

I’m totally in love with my steam cleaner. It makes cleaning my shower a breeze. It’s so satisfying to be able to deep clean my house with very minimal elbow grease. The whole house feels sparkly clean when I’m done with it. My only complaint is that it doesn’t have a water gauge.

I’ve bought so many quality cleaning products that have been a total bust and don’t work. This is not one of those products. I have white grout and live in the desert where it’s dusty. I’ve tried so many tools to clean my grout and this one does it easily. The steam is strong, the extension tools make it easy to stand and clean the floor. Love this product. So quality and does many things at once. Maybe there’s a tip to it but the only tool I wish was better was the window cleaner. Left streaks but could be user error and will keep trying.

(Photos show before and after)The trick for getting hot steam with the extensions is to pre-heat them by pouring some warm water down them from the faucet for about 30 seconds. Then it works great! Minimal scrubbing needed. The small attachments are the best as they build up great pressure and it's very hot coming out at the end. Absolutely melts away dirt. The medium attachment is great for a quicker clean of tile, but for a super deep clean that small attachment is the key.The product felt surprisingly well put together and sturdy. It rolls around on its wheels pretty easily. The steam runs for quite a long time using the small nozzles, haven't tried the large one yet. Best purchase ever

Works great and has tons of attachments with it. Easy to use right out of the box. Definitely recommend using distilled water for longevity of the machine, especially if you have hard tap water.

I want to like this unit and have written the mfg to find a solution. It's more burbling hot water than steam.Likes: Compact, not complicated, terrific tools, the bonnets and pads are lovely, rolls super well, the hose and cord lengths are perfectDislikes: What comes out of the unit is more steamy hot water than steam, it takes about 13 minutes to heat up, the 'fill as you go' is not fill as you go, it has to be cooled down to be filled, the location of the cord spool is tough to manage as it's located beneath the unit which is good for storage and looks streamline, but it's a bear to respool the cord after using the unit as you have to hold the unit up with one hand while manually spooling the cord over a 6" spool underneath the unit. It's very awkward. Lastly, it would be SUPER helpful if there was a fill gauge showing the water level in the unit as you fill and when it needs to be refilled.I want to love this steam cleaner and will if the manufacturer can help me to actually get steam out of it and not bubbling hot water with a bit of steam.I hope to be able to come back and revise this review.

Large amounts of water released when first deployed and continues to drip due to condensation within the tubing. No way to visualize the amount of water remaining in the machine.
