This product states that it has a 4.5' lead for the pickup wire. When I opened the box I noticed right away. The lead wire was real short. I measured it and it 32" long, along with the positive and negative power leads also. I was so mad I just threw it in the trash.. Just pure junk. Not worth my time to send back just so they tirn around and sell it to someone else.

Works but would be better if flash was brighter as most work I do is outside in the sun. Probably works fine inside.

This one is pretty light compared to the metal-bodied one my Dad has, but they do the same function and now I don't have to borrow his to check the timing on my old carbureted cars. The leads are not very long but extending the positive and negative wires is a simple task for anyone who has messed with cars before.
