Had to replace our original single lever shower faucet in our motorhome. The new faucet needed standard 4in two hole mount.Problem was the Original faucet used a single 3in mounting hole.This bracket completely covered the original hole and fit the new faucet 4in holes perfectly!Solved my install issues perfectly.

My RV shower faucet was from 1994 and installed directly into the framing. When I rebuild the shower this backing plate allowed me to install a new faucet outside the wall and it functions flawlessly. Make sure to install per guidelines and apply silicone caulk behind the plate to get e complete seal.

This part mounts flush to the wall so the faucet mounts flush to this part. Faucet doesn't stick out as far so excellent for tight quarters.
