Looked great all but one bent corner. Suggestion: Maybe send self tapping metal screw and wood screws.

Decided to leave a review on a bunch of stuff I have purchased but not yet reviewed. I sure am glad I did. I forgot I even ordered this kick plate for the new front door I installed. No wonder there are scuff marks at the bottom of the door from me nudging it open with my dirty shoes. I do remember receiving it, and opening it. It looked real nice. It appeared to have the appropriate hardware. I'm pretty sure mine screws on. So now I just have to go find it in the garage and get that bad boy installed. Have a good day!

It was bubble and plastic wrapped VERY well in a long thin amazon box. When I got it fully unwrapped I saw that one of the corners was bent. I'm wondering if it got bent before it was shipped because the box wasn't mangled. While trying to straighten it out, a small chunk of the black came off. I debated returning it but I wanted to finish my door project that weekend. Luckily both sides of the kick plate looked alike so I finished straightening it best I could and installed with the best side facing out and the wonky corner at the bottom near the hinges. It's really hard to see the flaw now. Previous kick plates I've installed had some double sided adhesive tape included to help it stay in place while installing but this one only included screws. Overall, it is exactly what I ordered.

This isn’t bronze- it’s undeniably black. We installed it on our black door, but it completely disappears against the background. Waste of money.

The product is thin, easily bent and the paint chips off. After corrections and attaching to the door, it looks alright. Definitely expected better quality for the price.
