I needed some lighter patches to do a ball cap order and these fill the bill. Good quality patches and they laser burn very well.

I’ve never had a bad experience with Dunzy brand patches until these. They do not laser well at all, tried various strength with my 22w diode and it was truly subpar. What really got me is the crappy adhesion, it’s nice not having to peel off some plastic backing, but whatever heat melt adhesive is on these is garbage.Any other Dunzy patch with medium pressure I get a solid grip in 20-45 seconds and might have to do some spot treating on the corners, these however took well over 2 minutes to get proper adhesion to a hat, had to redo it several times due to lifting all around the edges, tons of annoying strings that poke out of the sides that have to be trimmed.Whatever felt like top this is does not accept stain, paint, or protective products like other patches. Was really pumped for the gray color but these are going back, just not worth the time or money to mess with.

I laser engraves nicely and seems to be well made for what they are.

I initially had some problems with these patches. I've used another brand and there was a plastic backing that needed to be removed before you could use the hat press. I couldn't get the plastic off the backs of these and they weren't sticking to the hat using a hat press at 275° and 20 seconds so I contacted the seller. I was told that the plastic is not supposed to be removed and it's part of the adhesive. After some trial and error, I found that if I set my hat press to 350° and 30 seconds, they work fine.

These patches are absolutely terrible it should be illegal to sell a product this bad. The stitching is flawed on the majority of the patches.Missing adhesive on the backs of the patches. Patch will burn and pick up any texture including tape when heat pressed.

I honestly haven’t had a chance to utilize these yet but the quality seems really good and the colours are vibrant.

As laser enthusiast, I’ve been eagerly experimenting with various materials to create unique products. The 60 Pcs Blank Leatherette Hat Patches have been an absolute delight! Let me share why:1. Laser-Ready: These patches are like a blank canvas for my laser engraver. The faux leatherette material takes beautifully to etching. Whether it’s intricate designs, logos, or personalized messages, these patches are ready for your creative touch.2. Versatility: From customizing hats to adding flair to bags, jackets, or even notebooks, these patches are incredibly versatile. They’re like mini billboards for self-expression. 🎨3. Adhesive Magic: The built-in adhesive is surprisingly strong, but I use an additional product with these for extra security, it’s like giving your creation a double hug!4. Secure and Sleek: Once attached, these patches stay put. No worries about them peeling off or losing their charm. And the 3 x 2 inch size strikes the perfect balance—large enough to showcase details, yet not overwhelming.5. Dark Colors FTW: The rich, rustic hues are spot-on. They lend an air of sophistication to any project. Whether it’s a vintage-inspired cap or a modern tote bag, these patches elevate the aesthetics.6. Craft Fair Ready: As someone who occasionally sells at craft fairs, I can already envision these patches flying off my display table. Customers love personalized items, and these patches fit the bill perfectly. In Summary: If you’re a maker, a DIY enthusiast, or a budding entrepreneur, grab these patches. They’re a fantastic investment for your creative journey. Plus, they make thoughtful gifts for friends and family!

Product quality is solid.. If I had to critique, the only thing I would mention is that the faux stitching isn't always consistent, but that is to be expected in large orders. Overall, awesome product and easily affordable.

Good size patches for lasering with your own design. Although they have an iron on adhesive backing I found this not very effective especially if applying to a cap as the heat needs to be applied from the inside as ironing the front can damage the patch and any design on it. The solution is to use fabric glue and ignore the adhesive backing.

I used these for HTV to test out quality. I don’t have anything to engrave them. I also don’t have a hat press yet. I tried and ready press. Scotch marks right away. I did try sublimating on them with black ink. It did work. But again. Scotch marks and it gets darker. I think a lighter color would be great for black sublimation. Some of the stitching on them were undone but there were so many I threw those ones out. I also used my hair dryer and heated from the inside and used heat tape to tape it down. It sticks very well. Took a bit to do. I don’t know if I’d purchase again. But htv worked great on them.

The advertisement shows the brown patches processing to a tan color. That is false. They all burn black. It also does not look like there is adhesive on the back, but these do iron down.

I recently purchased leatherette patches with high hopes of adding a professional touch to my garments. However, my experience with these patches left much to be desired.Firstly, I tried using different temperatures while ironing on the patches, and unfortunately, it seemed that none of the temperatures were effective in achieving the desired results. Instead, the patches not only failed to adhere properly, but they also left unsightly marks on the leather material, making it look unprofessional and worn out. While the patches appeared to laser well, it was disheartening that this positive aspect did not translate into a successful iron-on application. I had hoped that the precise laser-cut designs would make the patches easier to apply seamlessly, but my overall experience with trying to attach them was simply horrible.Considering these factors, I regretfully conclude that I will not be purchasing these leatherette patches again in the future. The lack of clear instructions or guidelines for ironing on the patches only added to my frustration. If you're considering utilizing leatherette patches, I would strongly advise you to exercise caution and follow the manufacturer's instructions diligently. In conclusion, my experience with these leatherette patches was underwhelming and I would not recommend them based on my unsatisfactory iron-on experience.

I expected these to be able to show through in gold as some leatherette patches do based on the images in the add. That's the reason I selected these patches. However all three patches engrave in black only, if that's what you desire they work fine. Just not as expected. Also the adhesive iron on is not the greatest, easier to super glue them on if required.
