I finally got a chance to use our newly purchased heater. It works Great!! I am using it to heat my garage where I am keeping my plants during the winter. I also purchased a 100 lb propane tank because We attempted to use a kerosene heater but it was way to cost prohibiting. The price of kerosene is just too high to trying to heat with it. Having a thermostat to set is a real nice to have. The instillation was fairly easy if you are a DIY person. Also purchased a stainless steel wrapped hose and regulator for the instillation. I would definitely recommend this heater to anyone. One thing for sure though read your instructions.

We got the stove to supplement our heat pump that struggles when the temps get down in the teens. It looks nice and throws off a lot of heat. Also got the blower but haven’t put it on yet

I bought this stove over 15 years ago. The remote doesn't work anymore, but we still use the manual process.

I worried how it would travel and how it would be delivered, but there were no issues at all. I don't know how it would be handled in your area, but our UPS guy carried it right up to our door. But it did take two of us to get the box up two steps and across the threshold and into the house.It is really cute and is absolutely perfect at the transition between kitchen. dining nook and living area. It is too small a piece for our great-room-type living area, but in that bridge between the two rooms it is a perfect size. It DOES need a lot of space--it throws off a lot of heat and it needs a lot of air to circulate. Do not try to install it in a bedroom, a bedroom is too small an area. Do not try to install it yourself, a licensed plumber must hook it up.This stove gives off powerful heat and is a good performer. It is like a replica of an old fashioned cook stove. It is well constructed with no flaws. The faux wood is very lightweight, but authentic-looking.My only criticism is the remote. Either it does not work as it should, or the instructions are so convoluted and confusing--with directions in a few different places--that we can't get it to respond properly. We can use the remote to manually turn the fire on and off, but we cannot get flame to cycle on and off per a set temperature. So, that is a major fail.
