I give this product a 5 stars review because the cups are made very well I love them they are beautiful and feel expensive. My only issue is that I messaged the seller as I need all of the cups replaced as because of the packaging, they all came broken. This is an issue with the packaging, as the cups are well made. But as for the material is porcelain so of course it needs to be in more protective packaging. I love love love this set, but please can the seller send me the replacement cups as I have messaged and still no answer. Overall I recommend this product, and I recommend the seller to use better packaging.

While the tea set is very cute the packaging is terrible! I ordered a set it arrived broken. I ordered another replacement it arrived in even worse condition than the first. Total waste of my time. Bad packaging ensures it will be broken on arrival.

The set is beautiful. I cannot wait to use it. The only thing that was a bit disappointing is that I ordered the Nile Blue ... I received the Pink set. Luckily I like it and can still use it, otherwise I'd have to return it.

I bought this set of tea cups and saucers with a gold rim, and it was literally love at first sight. Initially, I was a bit worried it might arrive damaged or scratched, but to my relief, it came in perfect condition, very well packed! Great buy but you may have to but a few to get the perfect set. They are so beautiful. I wish the whole set was together. I just purchased the tea pot. The two sets I bought I got one perfect set. One set had imperfections. Too many to keep. Well worth the trouble.
