My Pomeranian enjoyed little pieces of these these when receiving them from other dog walkers at our park so I bought a bag and broke them into small pieces like those he had received and enjoyed. Unfortunately,we ended up at the vet with X-rays after not pooping for 4 days. They squeezed several undigested pieces out of him. (I gave him about 5 tidbits one day, all part of one duck jerkey strip). They are very dry and very pointy and hard and sharp. I believe he had internal bleeding and his large intestine was inflamed and full of mucus. My 3 year old pom had a partial bowel obstruction. It's been over a week of nothing but boiled chicken and white rice and his poops are still not back to normal. I have a big non returnable expensive bag of these. Beware if your pet is not a big chewer with a full set of teeth, or a small dog.
