Duck Brand Freezer Tape is used with your favorite freezer paper to help save and protect your favorite meats, vegetables and other bakery goods until you're ready to use them. The tape is hand-tearable and its surface is writable with marker or pen which helps for listing contents and date. To use you should place your food in the center of your freezer paper (waxy side in) and then wrap the paper around the food. Then seal the paper with Duck Freezer Tape by wrapping it completely around the contents of the freezer paper. You should not place your food in direct contact with the tape. Unlike standard paper masking tape Freezer Tape stays adhered well in low freezer temperatures when wrapped around the contents of freezer paper. This tape comes in a single 3/4-inch by 30-yard roll.

I use this tape for marking and dating all my freezer home made packages. The tapes sticks well and takes writing okay so I find it very helpful for using my freezer items in date order.

The product is fine but it's actually pretty much just masking tape which you could buy a bigger roll for cheaper

I bought 2 of these tapes and gave 1 to my sister. I really like that I don't get marker all over my hands anymore. My sister told me at Christmas she really likes it. She keeps a lot of food in her freezer and it was always a problem finding something to write on, and put on the plastic container going into the freezer. I know what she means. I'd find the label somewhere in the freezer, but not on what it was supposed to be on. Not now. It stays on whatever I put it on. Now I can see what's in the freezer without guessing anymore. We are both happy that I ordered this freezer tape.

This is amazing stuff, when you think about it. Easy to apply, sticks to containers in refer and freezer, but removes cleanly. Takes ink perfectly, and tears easily off the roll.You don't want to run this through the dishwasher if you hope to easily remove the label afterward.Recommend

I use this tape for labelling food I put in containers and freeze. It has great adhesive quality.

Whilst it does what it says, I found the tape to be a bit narrow and it's certainly NOT white.

OK but not as sticky as my old one from years back. Nothing seems as adhesive now as they once were - I expect that the chemicals they use are more carefully regulated.

My husband is an avid hunter. After he got a tag to go Antelope hunting I immediately kicked into gear with trying to get supplies ready, I bought freezer paper to wrap whatever meat we got off the antelope and then decided we could use whatever tape we had at home to tape it up. Duct tape should work right? Nope, I was wrong! After thinking about that I wondered if it would hold up the temperatures of the freezer or if you needed special tape.I decided to try it out and see if anything worked.I put masking tape on the freezer paper and put it in the freezer and 5 minutes later went to go check on it and the tape had already peeled off. So I tried regular scotch tape and that didn't work either, I decided duct tape would do it for sure and after 25 minutes it was peeled off as well and to wet and frozen to stick to the freezer paper. I tried Duck tape with no success as well as Gorilla Brand Tape which all resulted in the tape coming off with in no more than 30 minutes. So I got onto amazon and looked for Freezer tape. I bought this and decided to try it. When it arrived I decided to put it through the same process and after 2 hours it was still on there. So I said well this has work. My husband went out hunting weeks later and we wrapped all the meat in the paper and put the tape on it with the date we got it. 3 months later the tape and the writing are still perfectly in tact and it looks great. I was very pleased with this tape and will buy it again after we run out.I now have started using it for my own use, I will make a batch of cookies or something wrap them up in the freezer paper and put the tape on and stick it in the freezer. Works like a charm! Highly recommend!
