As for me the tool should be packed better. Also, new item should not have scratches out of the box.(The wire on the picture was in the package)

I like this piece of equipment. Highly rated. Little expensive but worth the cost. Guess I will have a lot of pre-rigged stuff for my San Diego long range trips.

Did not come with all necessary parts to use. Was missing an arm to twist, Alan key was the wrong size to make adjustments and fit no where on the tool itself.

Product works awesome. But the hook broke within the first 50 rigs. Was able to rig it to work. Disappointed in the quality for $325
