The ball is very smooth and arrived in perfect condition. Before you buy, you might want to know that contact juggling is a hard skill to learn, and it's not at the fault of the product. the ball will not break if you drop it, but it can get scratched up, which has the ability ruin the mesmerizing effect, so I suggest practicing over something soft. Overall It's a great product and a fun skill to learn.

It is a lovely ball, not exactly the size I was looking for but a good size. If you are a beginner wanting to use one ball a 100 mm might be better in a cheaper material. Acrylic hasn't cracked for me even though I dropped it on a hard floor a few times. However, I know it can scratch and so I make sure to use over a softer surface like a blanket, carpet, or grassy area. It is a lovely ball and I really like it, super stunning.Had I known though that there are cheaper materials for beginners I would have started there, either way, I love using this ball. It has a great weight to it and I am enjoying working with it daily to improve my skills with the one ball. Can't wait to try adding more.

The ball is great... The only thing negative, would be it's not as clear as shown in pic, more glossy than glassy. If you are buying this for Jareth cosplay or a fan of Labyrinth. I would get the 3" ball, it's the same price, and is movie acurate. I gave my son this ball, and now have 3" for myself, being I cosplay as Jareth, and a Labyrinth fan...

I owned a Fushigi and this is just as good.My friends stare mystified when I use it."Really? You've practiced many hours? You're terrible?".Absolute truth there, I'm not very coordinated and I drop it often. But it is a really cool heavy clear acrylic ball and if you are good at contact juggling I probably dislike you because it is f'ing hard but this would be a good ball if you broke your first one like I did.Practice outside on grass or something because it is heavy and breaks a lot of stuff in my living room.

I don’t believe this ball is weight balanced like they’re supposed to be. Very hard to do any hand tricks with it.

This ball is great. It looks good and is fun to play with. I do recommend that if you're getting into contact juggling, go with the practice ball instead of the acrylic - this one is harder to start learning with - but it's super fun. I may or may not have gotten it because of The Labyrinth. David Bowie used an acrylic contact juggling ball like this in the movie, so it was perfect for my geeky needs.

I bought two for a Labyrinth costume and they've been so fun to play with! My husband now thinks he's a juggler and tries to do the tricks from the movie, and these have held up beautifully despite many, many falls to the floor. Another review mentioned scuff marks happening easily but I haven't noticed that at all and we've been pretty rough on them so far. Thank you to the sellers for such a cool product!
