For the price of these tweeters, you can’t go wrong. They have a huge magnet and are well constructed. When I installed them, they were a little bigger than I expected, so I had to cut my door a bit, but it was worth it. They sound great.

This company is just ad good as name brand I don't know who ds18 is but they have quality products even there small bullet ones are loud did not even need this horn but it's nice to sound like your rocking in the club in your car just amazing

Did not fit in specified enclosure that it was sold with. Also no wires came with it and almost every other brand send wires or atleast connecting ends. Will not be purchasing ds18 again will continue to purchase other company’s that I have been previously satisfied with.

Kurz vorneweg: ich bin Elektroniker und baue auch selbst Lautsprecher und befasse mich damit-Zum Hochtöner: es ist ein definitiv nicht zu klein geratener Supertweeter. (10*10 cm )Von 240 oder gar 480w wie geworben wird kann man NICHT ausgehen! Wattzahlen sind da nur Marketing um Ahnungslose Kunden zu locken.Aber : der Supertweeter kommt als Paar und jeder hat 120w AES (Reale Leistung)112 db... An nur 1w ...Die Dinger schreien- nun das nicht wirklich negativ, auf leisen Pegeln klingt das sehr angenehm und detailreich. Trotz des eher buckligen Frequenzgangs , großes Lob DS18 👍Verbaut ist das ganze übrigens in einer Hornführung aus Aluminium und Ebenfalls einer Massiven Aluminium-Bullet in der Mitte, das Diaphragma ist aus Titan laut DS 18. Der mitgelieferte Kondensator ist einfach nur ein simpler hochpassfilter, den ich derzeit auch verwende . Die Trennfrequenz liegt etwas über 3khz. Soweit so gut . Aufgerüstet hab ich damit wie im Bild zu sehen "Sehr Billige" PA Lautsprecher die bereits einen neuen Tieftöner bekommen haben der mit den Tweeter einigermaßen mithalten kann.Dank des neuen hochtöners sind die Lautsprecher nun echt laut und wenn man jeden nur ca. 50w bis 75w zuführt erreicht man einen sehr hohen Pegel der auch wirklich Spass macht.Im Hifi sicherlich keine Idee so eine Hochtonbombe einzusetzen, aber im PA/ Car Hifi Bereich oder wer Lust hat Mal einen wirklich lauten Lautsprecher zu bauen der ist mit diesem Paar gut beraten- schlecht klingen die beiden nähmlich nicht.
