Easily dries all my herbs. I use paper towels to make it easer to collect the dried herbs and prevent the tiny leaves from falling through the mesh. That was a problem at first but easily solved.

Allows for good air flow and a good size for what I use it for. The only reason for not giving it a 5 star rating is the zipper. You have to baby it when zipping or unzipping or it could easily rip loose.

My mother bought this back during covid to keep herself busy. She has dehydrated most soup veggies (except potatoes) and non citrus fruits. It works great as it doesn’t run up your electric bill and she moved it inside and out with no problems. 4 years later she still uses it and is able to provided dehydrated foods to others.

Definitely lightweight. Frame structure was thin. Cheaply made. It says it handles super load, but the mesh came apart when loading. Noticed holes big enough for flies to get in where the string handles were at. This probably would be great for herb drying, but not big fish. Maybe small fish, but you have to make sure it's not heavy. And the size of the holes on the mesh was a lot wider than I thought it would be. I purchased 2, but I will give the new one to someone else. I will not buy this again.

I reuse my ziplock bags and after washing them, dry them open and upside down in these to get them off my countertops. Works great for drying herbs too.
