Slightly bulky but works exactly as intended. Used this for shore diving in Bonaire. High-quality sealing - comparable to my expensive dive lights.

Bearbeitung top. Stolzer Preis, doch was kostet ein neuer Autoschlüssel... Ich kann die Box nur empfehlen. Einfach top.

Quality product machined well fits my Toyota Tacoma all in one key remote This a 2- O ring seal I would think this is waterproof well beyond 500 feet ! A bit pricey but then again Toyota wants 400.00 for a key and computer reset. Total ripoff !

DRYFOB is an extremely well engineered and durable waterproofing system for taking keyfobs under water. Although significantly more expensive than plastic alternatives, the double O-ring seal and metal body ensure that a robust double seal is formed. Altrrnative plastic housings inevitably develop microfractures or cracking of threads and dont last. Since the housing is metal, the key fob will not function once sealed inside.

Just got the DryFob and tested it out on a shallow dive. It worked great! We’ll see how it holds up under repeated use and deeper water, but it definitely seems to be well made. The double O-ring seal is tight and the package include spare O-rings and a tube of silicone lubricant to keep the rings happy.

As a scuba diver who travels, dealing with a car key is always a problem. I never feel comfortable hiding a key, and there's nothing I've found that I can trust to keep a fob dry under pressure - until this. The large size is big enough to hold a larger fob and is totally water tight. It's the same design as several light housings we have for dive lights. I can't believe no one thought of this sooner!

This is a great product. I will not leave my car keys unattended at the beach when snorkeling or scuba diving. I have a keyless remote and can be an hour or more from home and I can’t risk the fob shorting out with water. This case has a screw down cap with 2 o-rings that you lube with some silicone grease. I apply the silicone grease every time before screwing it down. It has always been bone dry.I recommend the Dryfob-L (large size) if you have a keyless fob, mine is quite large. The large size comes with extra o-rings as well as a tube of silicone grease. You can buy more o-rings from the maker. As I do worry about any failure of the system I add one layer of extra protection to my fob. It might be overkill but I am not going to take any chances. I basically put the fob into a latex condom and double knot it and then put it in the dryfob. The Dryfob has never failed but why take a chance. I got this idea from reading a book on D-Day where soldiers used them to protect the muzzle of their rifles.

Purchased the DryFob v2 (46 x 100mm inner dimensions) for a recent 2 week dive trip to Bonaire. The unit is very well made and precision fit with a double O-ring design. The overwhelming advice for Bonaire shore diving is to leave the rental truck unlocked w/ no valuables inside due to petty theft / break-ins. There was enough space for a medium sized KeyFob (Chang'an), 2 small spare camera batteries (GoPro 10 + Sony RX100VA / NP-BX1), some cash, and the condo door key. The unit performed great and I had no issues with water ingress during two weeks of daily shore diving.Note - Not quite large enough for a credit card / US driver's license. They make an XL model that will hold credit cards, but it's a good bit larger and 3/4 lb positively buoyant (empty). I'd rather have this size DryFob and take emergency cash instead of a credit card.

I have been looking for a product like this for my car keys for years!!!! I always worried about my cell, watch, vault, laptop, etc. that I leave in my car when I do my shore dives. It always bothered me leaving my car keys on the beach!!! Well no more worries!I never liked and was never going to risk diving with my car keys with any of the plastic containers that are currently sold on the market. I happen to see Dryfob in PADI Dive Magazine's New Gear section couple of weeks ago. I like it as soon as I read all the details about it (i.e. two o-rings, aluminum container, third party tested to 240 ft, o-ring's replacement kits). I order it and got it yesterday. I did two shore dives to the depth of 70 ft with dryfob this morning. It worked great and there was no leak. My car keys were safe and dry with me during both dives.I strongly suggest the followings:1) ordering the o-rings' replacement kit so you always have spare o-rings with you2) Watch the video on Dryfob.com on o-ring's lubrication and maintenance

I use this on my SUP and it seems like the safest way to carry key fobs with electronics inside them.
