When I received it , it felt heavy. I was pleased. Today I finally unboxed it to use. Big enough, yes. Weighted NO. Decent material but no weighted corners unless Jupiter is your home planet. For indoor use it will be fine. For outdoors it needs more weight and velcro straps to secure around various stands. I forgot to add that gaffers tape does not stick to the outer surface. Thus the need for Velcro straps.

I have a rather expansive kit it spreads out quite a bit and I was concerned I would need a couple of these for full coverage.No so.Weighted corners, double sided in case of outdoor gigs, a nice silver reflective side to push the suns heat away.I couldn't have made a better one myself.
