Mine broke in 2 minutes as a result of a fall from about 3 feet onto carpet. Because Stone Cold said so and that's the bottom line.

After repeatedly throwing anything on the floor it will break. I like this mic. My son collects toy recording devices but doesn't like lights and a lot of fanfare. He has real microphones but wants them to record....enter drop the mic. Perfect. We got a bit of a faulty one but customer service fixed us up with a new one and I couldn't be happier!! Thank you!
