EASY setup and FANtasatic voice command with ALEXA Notable, very easy to fill over the Levoit unit I had (which cracked). The only minor issue is that the oil fill is in the back of the unit; it would be easier if it were on the side or front.I highly recommend its use in the bedroom environment since it is QUIET zzzzzzzzzzz.GREAT BUY for the money.

All I wanted was a humidifier. I didn’t expect to have to add an app. It’s a very elegant looking humidifier. I’ll have admit the app makes operating easier. I put about 2 full gallons in the Dreo and I run it 24/7. You can schedule it, set the amount of humidity, set the speed, set the lighting on or off, and turn off the display if you rather not look at it. From about 20 feet away you barely hear it running. I should’ve bought the larger one. Why? Using a larger one would save me some counter space. This Dreo is putting out a good deal of moisture, however, on really cold nights when the furnace runs more often, the Dreo this size has a hard time keeping up. That’s the main reason for considering a larger model. Overall, I’m satisfied with this little unit. My nose and throat already feels better, to say nothing about the skin, which is terrific.Now, that damn essential oil drawer is the only drawback. We put essential oil in it to test it out. It was very pleasant. The next day I was showing my wife how works, and fail. The spring loaded drawer mechanism completely disintegrated. It was in pieces. I was very disappointed. I wrote Dreo immediately and sent them a picture. They responded the next Monday as had wrote them on Friday. The responder seem to know what I needed, so I relaxed a little. However, the parts they sent me was cleaning equipment, another essential oil drawer, a brush for cleaning and some other parts I had no idea where they went. They failed to send instructions. I decided to be a passive consumer and let it go. The defective drawer wouldn’t be missed.Did I mention the Dreo can be set to remind you when it needs cleaning? One more thing, you’ll know when the Dreo is not keeping up. It changes color from a cool blue to bright orange. This humidity indicator lets you know when the humidity drops below 30%.Would buy this again or recommend it? Definitely.

Works like a Dream! If you have low humidity in your house or bedroom and are suffering sinus problems as a result, this worked like a dream come true for me. So easy to use and operate. I connected the operation to my phone, but you would not need to. No leakage, easy to refill and carry, no smell, just pleasant humidity at whatever level you set it to.

Excellent unit. Great at humiliation for a relatively large room with high ceilings. I got it because I’m sick and needed the extra humidity. It puts a good volume of mist in the area nearly silently. You can customize almost everything, set schedule, humidity settings, and more with the app. You can turn off the beeping of the control panel so it doesn’t disturb someone sleeping next to you. Overall great product, 10/10, would recommend.

My first humidifier I’ve ever purchased and I couldn’t be happier after a week. The clear digital display, the useful + well designed app. It checks the humidity every few seconds and responds accordingly with auto mode. I like being able to set the desired humidity level and not worry about it going too much. I did quite a bit of research and the general recommendation is going for between 30-50 percent humidity. Depends on how cold it is outside. You can find charts online easily but like 20-30 degrees outside you want 35%, 10- 20 degrees you want 30% and so on. I bought about 15 gallons of distilled water from my local grocery store same time I ordered this. Filling this is a 1.59 gallons to be exact ;) I can’t attest to how long it goes once it’s filled since I use auto mode and it turns off and on but I would say it’s probably somewhere around 36 hours non stop once filled. That’s a guess now. Auto mode could go longer than that. Just depends what you have it set to. Since I’m using distilled water I haven’t gotten any of the white dust some people complain about. Some people have left negative reviews across Amazons humidifiers for white dust after using tap water. Every humidifier will give you white dust with tap water. This model does allow you to purchase and install a secondary filter to prevent white dust (if you’re not using distilled I guess) but there’s mixed reviews on that. Also mixed reviews about the essential oil pads that come with the humidifier (there’s a little tray on the back/bottom of the unit you push in and it pops out with a little pad you can put a few drops of essential oil on) Enough to make me not ever want to even try that part. Anyway - this humidifier is awesome. If you need one and you appreciate cool technology/apps you’ll enjoy this as much as me. Only problem is I bought this for my daughters room but I keep stealing it and need a second one now!

Purchased this to replace a 15 year old Holmes. What an improvement! Much quieter, larger reservoir and I can control the thing with my phone. I was a bit disappointed at first that it didn't come with a remote, but since it works with Alexa as well as my iPhone, a remote would be redundant. The unit was incredibly easy to set up, even with all the tech, and it's wonderfully quiet (unlike my old clunker). All in all, definitely worth the purchase price and I highly recommend. And for those who like to sleep in complete darkness, yes you can turn off the display and the nightlight feature
