Don't waste your money, the discs where out quickly, and they are hard to change on the mandrel that goes int he chuck of the Dremel.

Like everything Dremel sells, you're buying their Chinese made stuff at a premium. But Chinese doesn't necessarily mean bad, and this kit is a good example of that. Does a great job of getting at a smooth and shiny finish, but it is a little pricey for just 6 bits (4 of which are really important, the other two aren't so much) and the little sample of polish. The included polish sucks so I'd recommend you get a polish set. You can find some at the same price of this kit.

I have used Dremel for over ten years now on everything from repairs around the house to custom computer case designs for friends. The addition of the EZ lock system has been incredible. Simply put, if you use a dremel and find yourself changing out different wheels for polishing, sanding, or cutting this system is fantastic.I can really appreciate this set because it comes with everything you need to sand down and polish metal and wood. I have even been able to restore a few items around the house that we thought would never look the same. This system did an incredible job restoring the sheen and shine to an old brass candle holder that has been in my family for generations without any damage.

Bought this kit and was very happy with it. Love the disc's but be warned, the do wear out kinda fast depending on what you're working on. I'd purchase several back up's of each "grit" to have on hand. Works well on those hard to reach places that a stiff or hard sanding disc wouldn't work.

Bought this kit to get the course buffs to clean up the battery tray on my 68 Ford which had some rust spots on it. Needless to say, the kit itself is a good value and comes in a nice box which is convenient for storing dremel tool attachments. The course buffs worked great to clean off old paint and rust from the tray and prepped the tray for respray. However, one warning, they don't last too long if you apply alot of pressure using them so you'll want to have more than a few on hand if you have a job to do on metal or rust.

Dremel-made products are still of excellent quality. Shipping was fast and item well packed. Works will with new battery-powered dremel tool. EZ lock feature is very helpful and faster for those of us starting to get arthritis in our hands.
