About this item

  • Fully Automated Cleaning: Automatic dust collection, mop-cleaning and -drying, water-refilling, solution-adding, fast mapping, and path-planning all combine to make fully automated home cleaning a reality. The convenient auto-empty system utilizes our exclusive DualBoost 2.0 system to blow air into the robot’s dust box and vacuum it into a 3 L dust bag, giving you up to 60 days of automatic, hands-off cleaning
  • Advanced AI Navigation: The advanced AI Action utilizes an RGB camera and 3D structured light to rapidly learn your home, tailor cleaning strategies, and auto-generate paths according to the type of obstacle, flooring, and room
  • Robust Vacuuming and Carpet Cleaning: Powerful 5,300 Pa suction, automatic carpet detection, suction boost, and a robust rubber brush coordinate to pull household debris, hair, and dust from floors and carpets. Set cleaning behavior to have carpet identification avoid carpets while mopping or simply raise the mop pads while vacuuming
  • Makes Floors Shine: Dual rotary mops spin at 180 RPM under firm pressure to thoroughly scrub floors, covering up to 2,152 ft² (200 sqm) with a large 2.5 L water tank, to make your wood, tile, vinyl, or other hard floors refreshingly clean
  • Cleans and Dries Its Mops: The mops are lifted automatically when returning to the base station to ensure your floors stay pristine. Automatic mop cleaning immerses the mops in water and spins them at high speed against grooves in the removable base plate to dislodge dirt. After cleaning is complete, the mops are dried with hot air in as little as 2 hours to help reduce bad smell
  • Customize Your Cleaning from Anywhere: Create multiple maps for multi-floor houses, segment rooms, create virtual walls, set no-go zones, and create cleaning schedules and routines. Start, pause, or stop cleaning with voice commands or supervise your home using the video control in the app. The power is at the tip of your tongue and the ends of your fingers

I have uneven stone tiles in part of my house, and while I really liked my Tineco wet vacuum, its brush was too wide to clean the full surface effectively. I decided to try a robot vacuum with smaller pads, and the Dreame product was a great choice for my needs. The Dreame isn’t perfect—like many have mentioned, the app is a bit clunky. However, once you get used to it, it’s manageable. Since I already have four other Dreame vacuums (no mops), it’s convenient to control all of them through the same app.In terms of cleaning, it’s pretty good—not as thorough as a manual scrub, but effective enough for daily messes, especially if you have young children and a dog like I do. It’s a relief to have a “set and forget” robot that handles the work while I focus on other things. Of course, there’s some maintenance involved, like emptying the water and dust bags and washing parts, but it’s far easier than manual mopping or using a wet vacuum. It’s worth noting that the vacuum takes quite a long time to run. I let mine clean every other day, and I’m loving the consistently clean floors. Overall, I’d recommend this product, as long as you have realistic expectations about its capabilities. It’s a great tool for maintaining cleanliness without too much effort!

So after watching a lot of videos on robot vacuums/mop combos this robot stood out as the midway point between the best and the worst. It's not the best at anything but can sweep and mop efficiently. After testing it for a year and a few months here are the things I noticed:Unlike my Neato vacuum I noticed that this guy needed to do 2 passes to be more effective at cleaning, one pass would still leave some debri behind so I set it to 2 passes every night and set it to mop 2 times a week to maintain the floor, other than a few times getting stuck on some chairs it did well. To be honest I was a little bit dissapointed that thiss 700 dollar machine couldn't get it right in one pass but I was willing to compromise. I like that the auto empty works very well it would instantly clean anything out of the dust bin and as long as you check it every few months depending on the use it will work great and the bags last a while.Another mildly annoying this is that you basically trade emptying out the little trash bin from previous models with having to maintain the robot, about every few weeks you need to clean the sensors on the robot and clean the scrubbing pad for the mop pads because they can get very nasty which again I can live with, but still for 700 dollars there should be something better. Now the biggest CON, after the year warranty elapsed the robot developed a very loud noise from the main roller brush and doesn't seem to be able to pick up debri as efficiently as it did before, I woke up one morning to find just a lot of the dirt shifted and spread to the different corners. I reached out to support and after getting passed the useless AI telling you to make sure there's nothing stuck on the brush I finally got a person on the other line that is basically sending me pre-made messages of a script no tact whatsoever and basically nothing can be done because the miserable 1 year warranty on a 700 dollar machine already elapsed. There was no attempt at diagnosing or to give a solution to keep the customer and I'm not saying fix it for free but something along the lines of "I understand you're upset, let us make this right for you, I'll send a prepaid box to your address to ship the machine to us and we can take a look at it and give you and estimate". Not even that.I will never be buying from this brand again and I cant recommend it to anyone. If the support tech was at least a bit more understanding and had offered me a reasonable repair service I would have left 5 stars, but this company doesn't care about the consumer and franky I don't care to spend my money here anymore.

Update at the bottom...OK, so only one day in with my new floor cleaning robot, but wow am I impressed with this thing! Read a bazillion reviews before choosing the L10s, so had set my expectations for it doing ok but getting stuck, for the app to be hard to use, and for the cleaning being meh... Exceeding all of those expectations so far.We had an iRobot 900 series before (vacuum only) so that was my comparison bar. It was ok but bumped into things constantly, didn't ever finish a job without issue, had to have the bin emptyed constantly, and was really noisy. The L10s is a revelation. Set it up, and turn it on - one hiccup with the app saying it would tell me when it had connected to wifi which it didn't, but it did connect, and a second where when playing with the app I think I emptied the water tank so the first run it didn't mop correctly, but otherwise super easy. Then it says it wants to map the house - we have a big, open floor plan house with rugs, chairs, etc etc - and within 10 minutes it was done - amazing. App showed everything. Only downside is our glass sliding doors confused it - it built an entire room that was outside on the patio that I had to fix later on with virtual walls.I then edited the map and that wasn't super easy but it worked. Gave me some obscure errors when I split up the open floor plan into kitchen/entry/etc, but eventually it worked. Drew in some no-go areas around cords/couches it could stuck under, and that was easy. It got stuck on some light bathmat type rugs when I ran it for the first time, so I went back in and "no-go'ed" those as well and after that all was good. The app seems designed around a "set up and run jobs in real time" flow which I found odd - I'm used to setting up a scheduled task and having it go. That was harder to set up than it needed to be - first have to set up shortcuts, shortcuts have a weird "task" substructure that took a little time to figure out, then have to go into a submenu under the "three dots" and find "scheduled cleaning" - it all worked but the work flow was not at all obvious. And there is zero documentation on the app in the otherwise good manual. App is super capable and there isn't one thing I needed to do that it can't do, but did take some spelunking around. Then I set it to clean, and wow again! Goes out, cleans where I told it, respects the no-go zones, doesn't get stuck, doesn't miss spots, goes around chair legs, drives home when needs to charge/clean/refill, and empties itself. Much much quieter than my old iRobot so that I can even run it at night without waking everyone up. Floor mopping is ok - our floors were dirty (hate mopping which is why I didn't do it often and bought the robot!), but after a few passes and jobs it looks way better. We'll see how it goes, but so far first impressions are fabulous. Two Month Update:- still love Kevin which is what we named him.- Floors are so much cleaner than before, and he continues to work tirelessly without much issue.- A couple of problems. - He has gotten stuck a few times, usually between the legs of our dining room chairs. - He is really bad with cords - if you have a cord that isn't in a no-go/exclusion zone, he swallows those up and gets stuck. So you have to use the "no go" zone feature on the map to keep him out of danger. - this is the biggest issue - he has a *tiny* little draw tube between the dirty water tank and the pad rinsing area. And even with the plastic screen to keep out debris, it doesn't always work and it doesn't take much to clog the intake tube. and when that happens, you come downstairs to a puddle of water on your floor. happened twice so far and I've had to jam a pipe cleaner into it to clear out the clog. Poor design.
