I had a highly disappointing experience with this vacuum. After using it once in December, I noticed it was leaking cleaning solution and ran out in under 10 minutes. Assuming user error, I left for a 3-week vacation. Upon returning, I ordered more solution, but the issue worsened. When I reached out to customer service, the return window had passed, so I had to rely on the warranty. After two weeks of multiple messages, I finally sent it for repair but have received no updates for another two weeks. It’s now almost March, and the vacuum has been unusable from the start.Update….Dreame responded positively and recently send me a new vacuum that has been working well, as promised. I finally have a functional product

My wife bought this and we’ve been using it for just under a month. We love the way it cleans, but hate the way it smells. Yes, smells. Even with a complete cleaning of the appliance after each use, per the manufacturer’s instructions it stinks like mildew dirt water. We’ve tried everything to get rid of the smell and nothing works. Dreame customer service is non responsive except with AI generated emails that simply regurgitate what is in the FAQ and manual. The vacuum does a great job vacuuming and mopping, but we have to start it outside and let it run for a couple minutes to make sure we don’t stink up the house. Cleaning the roller, discharge tank, filter and ports is easy enough, but those parts do retain an odor no matter how well you clean the them. Because of the smell and Dreame’s lack of response to emails about the odor, this will likely be returned.

I have been mopping my floor daily! It takes no time! My back no longer hurts at the end of my mop day. If you have small kids and/or pets. This mop will bring you joy. The unit itself is a little heavy, but it is automatic and pulls itself. Operational it handles better than the average mop. No more ringing it out and by the time someone walks across your freshly mopped floor... IT'S DRY! NO FOOT TRAFFIC! AMAZING! I do not like to mop, but now it's my place of peace. I also got rid of my robot mop because it would run out of solution and I had to constantly refill it to mop my downstairs floors.

Bought the Dreame H14 Pro Wet and Dry vacuum and very impressed. We have 4 young children and a cat and dog and this has been a blessing in keeping our home sparkling clean. Whether you're cleaning up spilled cereal or other messes that our kids drop on the floor, the H14 Pro is up for the task.We have tried other brands Wet and Dry, but the Dreame H14 Pro is much easier, better at cleaning messes and the overall APP experience is significantly better.
