These YOUNIQUE crochet hooks are my favourite. This is my 2nd purchase, and I love it. The bamboo handles are very comfortable, and the hooks are not as slippery as others. I have tried many other brands from the local beauty supply store, and none can compare to this one.

These are cheap, the metal keeps bending. I wish the metal was of a better quality because it annoys me. I’m still on the hunt for sone decent hooks

These tools lasted longer than others I've used and I use them pretty heavily as me and my wife both and one of our kids all use them. Other brands the hooks pull out easily and usually get stuck in a locc. These do also but not as quickly.

Ok I was using a .75 on my straight (Caucasian) hair… this is SO much better!Also, the triple and double were a bit intimidating at first, but LOVING the results!Bent the single a little, but then bent it back. (Thin metal… to be expected… it’s really small)Might not last forever. But excellent buy!

I mistakenly cut off about an inch of four of my 6-mth old 2" sisterlocks. I immediately contacted my consultant and "You Tube University" about repairing the faux par.I learned that I should get the 0.5mm needles. Upon receipt, I immediately tried the double needle but settled for the single one to repair my tiny sisterlocks. It's a learning curve.I washed my hair thereafter; one detached but that was because I'm still learning how to efficiently use the repair tool. I highly recommend.

I cut part of my locs to have a middle part & I had short curly hairs in the front of my head that I used bobby pins to connect to another loc.i have free forms & I accepted that it would lock within a few months (which I then decided to look up how to loc loose hairs. anyway found this & works perfectly!! instantly!!!!! & now my loose hairs have a new connection & a cute middle part ;p.

This is actually my second set of this Loc Crochet tool. It is an amazing tool to have by your side, if you are unable to go to a Loctician on a moment’s short notice.I have been able to clean up a lot of my locs that may have some snags or tidying up, and I also have the choice between 3 different sizes, which helps depending on what needs to be corrected.I highly recommend this tool, as my Loctician are using this tool themselves.It is very easy to use and very easy to store at home or on the go.

Excellent product. Got them cause I was going to be dreading my head and the 3 prong hook made it soo much quicker then when I did it with just the single needle. Love these!

I didn’t know how to use it at first but once I got the hang of it they work really well. I’ve only used the single hook but once my clients hair is long the bigger ones might help.
