We've been using this for about a year now. Had trouble with the leach field. It was going to cost us about $15,000 to replace the field. So I decided to try this cleaner first and so far we don't have any problems with the toilets flushing. It also took the smell out of the basement.....

I can only assume that this is doing what it's supposed to. There're no obvious signs, so who knows. I followed the instructions to a tee.

Very fast shipping and an affordable price when comparing other avenues. Its guaranteed to work or your money returned. I don't feel it did what I expected....or hoped for. I also feel bad writing the seller to send another free of charge. Perhaps if they actually read this they will surprise me with another dose?Thank you,Vince

Enzyme-based cleaners are specifically designed to introduce good bacteria cultures to your plumbing system. They are safe on plumbing, including septic systems. They contain living organisms that feed on organic materials such as food scraps. Since this feeding process is much more gentle than if you were to dump a potent chemical drain cleaner into your drain, you can expect enzymatic drain cleaners to work at a much slower pace. When you encounter a frustrating drain clog, you probably want the quickest and most effective solution and this slow process might be inconvenient or frustrating. Therefore, this drain cleaner is a suitable solution if you’re looking for drain maintenance, but if you want to remove a tough blockage that’s already formed, you might not see the results you’re looking for. This is why I say that the name of the product should be more like "Hasta mañana", which means "See you tomorrow" because you will need to continue to use the product on a monthly basis as a maintenance or preventative measure for your drains. BTW, I was truly surprised by how much nicer it smelled than the chemical drain cleaners.
