I added this to my horse's hoof care routine to prevent bacteria from growing in the cracks. Since using we have not had any issues

This product is perfect for all animal wounds, bites, etc. I would use this product on myself if necessary. Would recommend.

I bought these products because I learned off of various You Tube videos that Blu-Kote can used to form a bandage on the wound on an animal. I have had to deal with wounds on cats and chickens. Preventing the animals from licking their wounds is a real challenge. Blu-Kote appears to be an answer to this problem. These products will sit on my first aid shelf for the day that I need them.

Great product, my rooster has a spot on his foot that all the hens pick at, now that I spray his foot with this, the girls stopped picking at it and it’s healing.BUT …. I know it should be common sense, but I forgot to wear gloves. lol. Spent about an hour scrubbing the blue off my hand.

I really like this product because it is a good antiseptic for livestock, however, the aerosol spray container is so faulty that half of the product spills down the side of the canister and if I don’t wear rubber gloves I have blue stain on my hands for two days. It is not cheap so the fact that half of it is wasted is the reason for the low score

Used this for our Tom turkey. He had a back end full of maggots and cleaned up and sprayed this on and healed up quickly. Worked great and keep now for turkeys and chickens.

I used this in my dog when he’s biting at his feet or pads of his feet. Works really good. It stains but works.

If you have dogs, this is a must-have for the dog first aid kit. Just be sure to wear disposable gloves because it will stain skin, nails, clothes and floor tile.
