Easy to replace but be careful not to lose the leads into the insulation! But well worth the money as opposed to buying a new stove.

Ordered this in Oct received in Nov installed in Nov and has now blown in February. Tried product support. What a joke! no contact info just S.o.l the return ended dec. This company as well as prime (2 day delivery??) are both products ( if you call prime that) I would not depend on or call quality.

Does what it is supposed to. Fits my hot point well. Not going to jinks the lifespan. Smells on first warm up after that it's good.

This was exactly what I needed for my old Hotpoint stove/oven. It stopped pre-heating and a quick internet search of the model and issue lead me to this part - the oven element. Popped right in and the oven was back up and running. So glad I didn't need to spend $400+ on a new stove - a $40 part did the trick. Can't speak for the other brands but worked perfect for my cheap old Hotpoint.
