I’m so happy with my purchase of this cat fountain! It’s not only a great way to keep my two cats’ water fresh and clean, but it also works flawlessly. 3 options to drink from. Bubbler, slide or base. Having issues with 3.6 lb teddy bear puppy drinking enough water. This fountain works great. Set up motion detected. Rechargeable. Easy to set up. Very happy with product.

It will not charge. I followed the Instruction and checked that the contacts were dry, the correct charger was used, followed the instructions for charging. But now nothing, dead will not turn on, will not charge. Waste of money. I had high hopes for this but highly disappointed. UPDATE:AFTER THE INITIAL REVIEW. The company gotvin Touch with me immediately, triedto troubleshoot the problem and immediately send me a replacement battery free of charge. Very, very responsive. And the new battery arrived within one day. No hasse. It is refreshing to see a Company to stand behind their product like thisI highly recommend buying here

The unit goes together very easily and has done well for the six days I've had it. My cats took to it immediately - both are lovers of the water faucet so it wasn't a big change to them. I did get the stainless bowl insert because it will be much easier to clean and sanitize. My cats don't like to drink out of plastic either. It's very quiet and I hope it last a good long time. As others have mentioned, the filter doesn't seem to be of much use. but it's not a problem.

Love it. Super quiet and practical. Really like that it's battery operated. You can put it anywhere. No wires to worry about around water, and it holds a very generous amount of water. We wanted to get our kitty away from the sink and it only took 2 days. She really took to it very quickly and we're all happy 😊

Edit: 1/9/25 UpdateThe seller contacted me quickly about my issue with the pump. After some troubleshooting we both determined it was in fact the pump. They let me know they could send me out a new pump. It would take some time to get to me. But I was more than willing to wait because I really like this fountain. A day or so later, they sent me another message. They let me know they would actually just go ahead and send out a whole new unit! I am beyond grateful. The new fountain works like a charm!Really liked this water fountain. Super easy to take apart and clean. It was rechargeable. 4 months later the pump stops working. Battery is charged. And nothing, no way to contact support. So I’m stuck. Wanted to love it.

I have had this fountain since November 15, 2023. I have loved it since. It was easy to clean held a good, amount of water for my single cat, was quiet when it would kick on. I had to get used to the light flashing during the night, but it’s not too bright. I also love how there is not a cord that you have to worry about it falling into the sink when cleaning because the pump is removable and rechargeable. The biggest issue I have now realized, is the battery in the pump has not even made it a year and can barely hold a charge for 3 days. I charged it Thursday night and put it back to running Friday morning, here we are Monday and the battery is dead again. It used to hold a charge for a solid month. The pump is almost the same price as a new fountain. I loved the fountain but do not want to keep buying one every year because of the battery life. I noticed last week that it had died and so I put it on the charger. It flashed blue like it always did when charging, but when I woke up it was not solid blue like it typically is when fully charged. About three days later the same thing. It has died again and is on the charger and I have a feeling the same issue will occur.I am writing this review on 9/16/2024 to show how long I have had the fountain. Not even a full year.

Tiene un sensor muy sensible eso ayuda que se active más fácil con el minimo movimiento, me hubiera gustado que tuviera también la opción de flujo continuo eso lo harÃa un producto excelente!También me hubiera gustado que tuvieran un modelo que no tuviera el tope que está en medio de la bandeja.Lo compre especialmente para mis aves por el tiempo de calor y mantener el agua limpia por más tiempo, al parecer le gusta.

I’ve been using this filter for several months now. I terribly regret buying it. I have to change the filters every 3 days since they barely keep the water clean and when I do the water is always dirty and the fountain is slimy (hence cleaning and changing the every three days) the battery last long I have to give it that only reason I gave it two stars. Other than that not worth the buy and I highly don’t recommend. I’m keeping it for now till I find a better fountain for my cat.
