Perfect size, weight. Good quality-not lightweight or cheap. Lies flat...despite what other reviews have claimed. Highly recommend. Must for scooping up minced garlic, chopped veggies and transferring to the stove etc.

Purchased this to cut my loaves of soap. While it takes a little elbow grease to push it through the finished product it cuts smooth and straight. The metal doesn’t bend or give, allowing me to cut precise sized bars. I really like the measurements noted down by the cutter so I can measure how thick I want each bar. The only pain was removing the sticker, but with a little patience it comes off. Perfect tool for my needs.
