I have several prep tables and needed another for my kitchen area. I have a small kitchen and use the prep tables because I bake, a ton. Horrible quality, scratch and dented and banged up. Putting it together was simple but also just ridiculous. The directions are lacking. You literally have to pound the legs on the ground to get the feet into them and shaving of plastic fall off. The “back splash” and sides didn’t come with direction to attach, thankfully it was fairly obvious, however, the sides are very sharp, be careful you could absolutely cut yourself on them. The welds don’t look as though they are strong or stable and some areas already rusted. The protective coating was an absolute nightmare to get off, even with a hair dryer to help. Definitely NOT worth the price. I have other table that I have purchased for less or similar that are considerably better quality. The only reason I have two stars is because it is usable, just not quality.

This review is for Double-Layer Stainless Steel Table, Heavy Duty Food Prep Worktable No Wheels, Commercial Work Table with Undershelf and Galvanized Legs for Restaurant by WUGCHDA. It took my husband an hour and a half to assemble it. Instructions were not clear as they were for a table with a middle shelf (“adjustable layer board”) and the one we ordered did not have a have that – just a top and bottom. The description and pictures are unclear as to whether that middle shelf is included or not. In our case it was not. There were no instructions for installing the “side border fence” to keep items from falling off the top. We thought the screws for that were not included but discovered them stuck to the bubble wrap when collecting the packaging for recycle, so we will go back and add that. The top was dented, lightly scratched, and had discolored places, but it does seem sturdy now that it’s assembled. Wheels would be a nice addition, however the description was clear that there would not be any, and it’s lightweight, so it’s fairly easy to move when empty. Without wheels you won’t be able to move it if you use the bottom shelf for storage. We plan to use this by the grill when we cook outside. I’m giving it 3 stars. It works, but not exactly what we were looking for and not thrilled with the quality.
