I bought your mugs hoping they would keep my coffee hot. I have one (pictured) that has condensation between glass and can’t get it out.The second picture the glass inside looks like it’s sliding down. It Looks terrible. I want them replaced!They’ve made it very hard to contact them or to write a review because they knew we would write about how bad they are.Thanks

I was startled to find this product so well constructed, heavy and sturdy without being brittle or dainty. A truly magnificent product.I have purchased vacuum walled cups in the past which were smaller but they did not come close to meeting the design and construction standard of these two cups (mugs, glasses) they fit all uses.And of course I was not surprised, Made in China.

Love these mugs. I only use them now over my cornucopia of other mugs. They look and feel great, they are real glass, they keep your drink warm for a long time and they are just plain fun. I only had an issue with one mug where the moisture hit into the inside wall through the breathing hole. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me a replacement. Thank you so much for standing by your product like that!

*UPDATE: seller really stands by their product and offered to send out replacements, which i super appreciate!I've had these a few months and they are a perfect visual with my Nespresso coffee with foam! Though i'm down to two out of the four; when hand washing the liquid still gets within the walls and leaves scum you can't get rid of within the glass. They've always been hand washed in the sink so it's really easy for them to get destroyed so make sure you always lightly hand wash and never let them soak, etc

They are incredibly light weight and fragile feeling, really surprisingly so. I like using them and the coffee stays hot for a long time, they are a great size and look amazing. Only issue is that I feel like I could break one putting it down too quickly. I hand wash them and they are extremely easy to clean. Let’s see how I get on over the next few weeks.

The cups are really nice and the design is exactly like what you see on the box. Reheating is easy and it does not cook your coffee. The double walled glass acts like a buffer in the wave and also makes a thermos out of the cup, so your coffee will stay hot for a longer period of time. Perfect for what I needed them for. Shipping is not through Amazon, but it is worth the wait.

Update: May 1, 2020My mugs have started to condensate inside the double wall. Pretty sad about that as these are my favorite! I bought them for Christmas last year so they've only gone 5 months before doing this.I LOVE THIS SET! AH! Beautiful clear double walled glass mugs. They're stunning and I don't use any of the other mugs we own. You will not regret buying these to add to your collection. In fact I'm thinking of throwing away the other boring mugs and buying nothing but a few sets of these clear mugs! They're sleek, so easy to hold, and they don't get hot with hot liquids. Obviously I treat them delicately and try my best not to bang them around so I couldn't say if they're durable but I don't see why most people wouldn't treat any mug carefully as it is. I don't put them under other dirty dishes in the sink, and I hand wash them mostly because they're so darn pretty when they're freshly washed!
