This waffle maker works excellent. I love the peace of mind knowing that I can make perfect waffles every single time.I love the double decker feature. Although I didn't read the directions beforehand and poured the batter into the wrong waffle maker first, they still came out perfectly.The value for the money is excellent. I'm pleased to say that it's affordable and effortless. As far as the heat level, there's no way to know that they are finished. You must be vigilant and know exactly how you wish them to be cooked. It's not rocket science. And the ease of cleaning will have you wanting to make batches at a time.I purchased this knowing I planned on making several batches at once for my meal prepping. I absolutely fell in love with every aspect of the product. It looks so modern and matches with all of my appliances.I would highly recommend that you replace your old one with this one immediately.

This waffle maker is so easy to use.The heat level is perfect and the waffles come put with just the right browning.We find it also easy to clean.We've used the waffle maker a couple of times now and we're pleased with the ease in making them.The best of all, is that we can both eat our waffles at the same time.Great value for our money.

Opened box. Found piece broken off near the handle. Seems to similar piece found in other posts. Some said it might have been due to heat. I didn't even plug in the appliance yet piece broke.

Being able to make TWO waffles at once is the biggest time savings! The waffles come out great and I can't say enough about them making two at once! Mom gets to eat much sooner this way! Never had one stick, it's very easy to use and the waffle recipe in the manual is good, too! I'm in love! There is no temp setting on this but it doesn't matter - when the light goes off check it and leave it a little longer if you prefer darker or take it out if you plan to toast them to reheat later. (We usually make some extras and the kids toast them during the week for a quick breakfast.)

Compact design and solidly made. Does not have a temperature set or timer.Easy to use, once I figured it out. Happy with large removable drip plate. Need to experiment to get the right amount batteri the waffle maker, in order to fill but not overfill.I like Chaffle and I like it to be crisp. It took a couple of times to get it the way we like it.It is a learning curve, depending on individual taste as to what the waffles should look like.The red light ON means the heating elements on. Once the temperature reaches sertian levels the heating element the light turns OFF. Than it will circle on and off. You will need to watch your waffles for doneness.My opinion it is great double 8 small slices waffle/chaffle maker. It heats up relatively fast.Issues:Use instructions are not clear and very basic.I would like to have more instructions.Unclear as to what type of none-stick material was used. Website states that waffle maker is BPA free. That is only for the plastic part for this unit. Does NOT state if not-stick surface is PFAS free and PFOA free which is more importante for me. Hence 4 stars.
