The letters are not the hard plastic you see in the pictures and the chalk board you can’t write on because it has a film that is impossible to remove. Cheap and crappy product

This is a very nice board. Good quality and easy to use by a child. A vey god learning toy.

No assembly required which is a major plus... HOWEVER the First picture is from the first easel I purchased on 9/27 and the second picture is the replacement I received today. I know things happen but I'm disappointed this item arrived damaged straight out the box both times.

I’ve now got 2 granddaughters and so I’m buying Xmas presents to put away. So can’t tell you how the children interact with white board/ black board but I can tell you how pleased I am with it. It’s well made and it’s quite low, so not tall as you would expect an easel to be which is perfect for little ones. I think they’ll love it.

It’s so cute! Better than the photo. The quality is fine and it’s the perfect height for my 2 year old. The plastic on the chalkboard side is really hard to get off but with some persistence, it’ll come off. Love it and will definitely be purchasing again for others for birthdays 😍

So a couple of things. 1 this easel is marketed for 3 and up but the cute little size is definitely perfect older babies, 1 year olds and some 2 year olds.I have a taller 15month old, this easel is his exact height. I am in awe at how tiny this little thing is and how it seems made just for him, height and width wise.Moms of older kids should expect their children will need to be on their knees if they are to play on this easel. I personally think it would still be cute and enjoyable that way as well, it's just something to be mindful of if you were looking for a height appropriate easel your child would be able to STAND not kneel in front of.Next thing: the packaging was soo classy and cute. I usually toss boxes out as soon as I pull my package, but I've held on to the Elks & Bears box just because it looks so fancy lol.3. It is sooo much cute!!! I know that statement is grammatically incorrect but y'all it is adorable!! Such a wow factor when it comes out the box. My pics really don't do it justice.4. No assembly required!!! This is literally why I bought this easel over others with cheaper price points! I like quick and easy, i have an impatient and busy toddler.It comes ready straight out the box minus 2 things.A) first of the 2 things. There is annoying plastic film on the white and black board that can be a pain trying to get off.I got lucky on the black board there was a little air bubble on the corner of the plastic film that made getting the film off on that side a breeze.On the white board side, no such luck. You're just going to have to scratch around until something tears and then you can pull it off.B) 2nd thing. The magnet letters do need to be punched out. They all come on this thick paper cut out. That wasn't a big deal to punch them out.Also unlike other reviewers, my magnets seem very durable. ANDDD they stick too both sides not just the white board!!Hmm what else,Oh, yes. A biggie, the dry erase marker doesn't seem to come off the painted part of the wood with just the eraser, soap or dish detergent. My 15 month old immediately took to this easel and he LITERALLY scribbled from top to bottom lol.I thought I'd just let him have a ball and clean it once he's done. Nope. Doesn't seem to come off. I gave the easel 3 stars in the durability category for that.A product for little kids, toddlers nevertheless, should be able to survive scribbling. I mean we even used the marker that CAME with the easel. And still won't come out. Doesn't make sense to me.So now the easel isn't AS cute as it was fresh out the box, but still cute.I contacted phone customer service about cleaning advice, please know that customer service isn't great, check the answer section for any questions you have.Some one responded to me that fantastik might clean the easel.And the company did make me feel better about my experience on the phone with Amazon. They emailed me saying that some customers have had luck using nail polish remover.I will try that and update to 5 stars in that dept if it works.I'll also change my over all 4 star rating to 5 if it works. It truly is an adorable, gorgeous little easel otherwise. If fantastik or not cleaners work please know that once your child outgrows this you will not be able to resell this, unless you intend to repaint the thing. Still very worth it though, imo.Can't get over how cute it is and how cute my little guy looks scribbling away on it.Very proud of my purchase. I'm also happy to be supporting a small business ran by women!

I bought this for my daycare. Ages vary between 1.5 - 3. Perfect size for all ages. The older ones sit down on the floor to use it while the littles ones stand. No assembly for me and it folds up for easy storage.

This art easel is so cute and perfect for our little ones.First off, it came in a very simple box with minimal packaging. A couple styrofoam squares to protect the white and chalk boards. The box also had an easy carry handle for convenient traveling. The boards each had a protective film that was Really hard to get off and in some parts there is still plastic stuck between the sides of the board. I just can’t get to it and don’t want to scratch it more than I have trying to get it off. If there’s an easier method, please inform.As for the easel itself, it is really lightweight and easy to transport in just a quick maneuver of the bottom storage boards and a built-in handle.Very colorful!Comes with magnetic dry erase marker w/eraser, small box of chalk, an eraser that you can use on both boards and magnetic letters & numbers.I was a little worried when my daughter drew on the chalkboard with the marker, but it erased easily. I should’ve paid more attention to the measurements as it is a bit short for our 2.5 year old but we have a chair she can sit on or place it on the tabletop and it’s perfect.One bonus: it comes with a Lifetime Guarantee if you register within 2-3 weeks of purchase. I think that is fantastic! I don’t know what the process will be like but all I gave was my email address and name.Pictures are 3 days after use AND also the timeframe in which new things break in our household. It has held up very well.

Our 1 1/2 year old grand daughter was absolutely delighted with her Christmas present! She especially loved the dry erase marker and the eraser was just the right size for her to hold. Some of the chalk was broken in pieces, but having little hands she preferred the smaller broken pieces over the whole ones. She loves the magnetic letters too! Just the right size for her hands and the little tray helps keep all of her chalk, magnetic letters and dry erase pen in one place.It was well boxed and a snap to set up for her. She was drawing and playing within a minute of unwrapping it. No assembly required! When it closes up it takes minimal space storing it, which is great!Thank you for creating such a great easel that she loves! We are very happy, and highly recommend it for little people, it is such fun way to enjoy scribbling with her!
