Heavy clear Double sided tape was perfect. It stayed on concrete and held the tulle perfectly on the wall which made our event looking beautifully.

I bought these to hang pictures on my wall. They stick great and are very strong. They remove easy from the wall. The function of these are awesome. I haven't tried if they are heat resistant or not.

I wanted to put a phone holder/charger in my new car, but didn't want to use anything that would either permanently bond to the console, or leave a mark behind when I took it off. I tried this tap in an inconspicuous spot and it looked like it would do the trick, it stuck well and peeled off without a whole lot of effort, and left nothing behind. I put it on the phone mount and stuck it to my center console and whil it may not be as strong a bond as 3M VHB tape (the gray stuff), it holds just fine and I'm confident that it will come leave nothing behind when I eventually remove it.
