I bought these swivels for my hanging plants, so it will be easier to rotate them. These are the perfect size to fit over the bracket and are nice and solid and heavy…but not too big or long. Ideal for me!

This does "swivel", but does not turn freely. I was not expecting a ball bearing type of movement, but when a little weight is applied in the downward direction more than a few of these seem to fall into a place where they bind and allow the cord which I attached to twist rather than swivel itself. I don't have a ton of use for a swivel that has a propensity to bind on itself so I likely will look for a other solution.
