I'm 84 & after receiving missing parts, was pretty easy to assemble. Very pleased with comfort, design, sturdiness. Can't wait for nice day. thank you

I tried another similar swing that was a torture chamber! This swing is exactly what I wanted. It’s comfortable, sturdy and quite pretty. Rather than using the stand I hung it from a single chain and it works perfectly. I get a 360 degree view of my yard. The instructions are very difficult to understand!

The package came after 3 days instead of more than 2 weeks anticipated delivery time. I was worried and thinking that i had wasted $280 including the delivery fee when I realized 4 bars at the base of the swing were missing. I tried my luck contacting the seller through Amazon App. Liz from Doublett responded to my message the next morning to confirm the missing part and told me not to worry. There was a hole on the box and these bars could have slipped out of the box during shipping.To my suprise, Liz shipped another full pakage to me right after our conversation. I received a new package in 2 days. This time the delivery man very carefully unloaded the package and placed in gently at my front door. I only need the 4 bars at the base, so now I still have all other extra parts. Maybe shipping just the part is more troublesome with logistic, so they just send a whole new package. The swing is very sturdy and comfortable for 2 people to seat. I looks really nice in my backyard. This is the double swing with the lowest price among other products I could find yet the quality and customer service are still great!

I NEVER buy products that aren't free Amazon Prime shipping and returns, but this one really caught my eye, so I prayed that the reviews weren't a hoax and took the risk of paying $80 shipping w no free return option. I am happy to say that I LOVE IT! The metal pieces were very well wrapped in strong thick foam to be protected from scrapes during shipping (pic attached). The box was damaged, but not a scratch on anything inside. The assembly instructions were missing, but there are videos in the ad to help, and customer service is sending me one via email. I've 99% put it together with common sense though, so I'd say it's fairly uncomplicated. It's so attractive on my patio, and crazy comfortable. The gentle swaying is peaceful. It feels extremely solid and strong to sit on. My neighbor is about to buy one after seeing mine.

Shipping was right on time.Assembly was not too bad, some things weren't labeled but it was pretty easy to tell which pieces were which. It included all the tools you needed to put it all together. I did it by myself, me being a 5'6 tall woman, with relative ease. HOWEVER the swing seat could definitely use a second hand to keep it closed long enough to get the bolt in the hole. That was the only part I struggled with for a minute.The other reviews about the cushions is correct, but the cushions have zippers so I'm planning on adding some extra cushion to them next paycheck. I would also suggest getting a cup holder to attach to the chair, I got mine pictured on Amazon as well. I had one already and it worked great .I like how you can adjust the pillows to your liking.Fits me and my husband fine, but let's be honest this chair is for me and my dogs lol. I've already sat next to the fire multiple times swinging to my hearts content with a good book and some tea. The dogs love it too if that's something you're looking for.Also someone mentioned like no swing clearance and I don't think that's the case at all. I can swing back and forth and sway side to side without hitting the support bar.Over all for the price it's fantastic. If you want better cushion I think that's the only downside but easily remedied.

I have been patient waiting for this swing chair to arrive at my home and it finally did! After unboxing this swing it didn’t take me longer than 30 minutes to assemble it together and set it up. I was literally amazed how big and strong this swing is and I’m 6’5” tall. My head barely touched the top of the swing metal bar. So than me and my wife decided to finally put it to test and see if it can handle both of our weight and it did! I weigh 170 lbs and she weighs 250 lbs. it held us on there pretty well. The seat cushion and pillows were fluffy enough to not feel the swing metal underneath. I might say that the quality of this swing is very durable and heavy duty. It seems like it could handle more than 500 lbs. The instructions were very easy to read and the parts were labeled to make the assembly easy. Here are couple of pros and cons I’d like to share about this swing…Pros- Quality is Heavy duty/Strong- Very affordable!- Easy to assemble- Beautiful designCons- Does not have a sun cover or shade to block rain or heat- Swing arrived lateAlthough, this swing might not have a shade, it still great to use on cloudy days and it can be placed in areas around the yard where there is shade. Other than that, I honestly love this swing! I have now been spending more time in my backyard in the morning sitting comfortably on the chair bird watching. I have no regrets and I definitely plan to use it everyday. This os one of my favorite purchases that I have made on Amazon in a while!
