In 2005 GM went to Drum Rears on 1500 trucks. Both sides use the same parts. The only difference is the parking brake cables go into the backing plates in different directions. Both sides use left hand thread adjusters.Other aftermarket versions of these adjusters have a smaller diameter star-wheel with less teeth and will over adjust causing drag and poor MPG. The Doorman version duplicates OE having a larger diameter star-wheel with more teeth for finer adjustment movements.I subtracted a star rating because had to clean up the threads on 1 of 2 of these. Worth the trouble.
