Had to replace the starter on my 2001 civic. I discovered the last person who worked on my car put the wrong bolt back, and it didn't even go back on.I was debating on whether to go to the dealer or just get these. I ended up getting these to avoid the hassle of calling the dealer and seeing if they had it in stock. The 10.9 hardness was the decider. I would have gone to the dealer if I had to go to the hardware store and buy one of their cheap generic nickel bolts. Those things rust all the time and would have caused a major headache if I ever had to take it off again and the bolt snapped. The bolt fit fine. Seemed good quality. I don't have any worries about it rusting out.Only annoyance is the new bolt is a 15mm head, and the other bolt is a 14mm. But hopefully I never have to change the starter again anyways. Also note that it comes in a blister pack of 3. Most listings don't mention that. So it does cost more than the 1 bolt at the dealer, but less on a per bolt basis. I only needed one though. In general for metal parts, I find Dorman to be not quite as good quality as OEM, but good enough. I bought some wheel studs from them that fit fine, but felt a little less hard than OEM.
