Rotor to hub bots are 1-2 mm longer than original and they lock the hub spinning. I had to pay extra for brake work and put some of the old bolts back. I'm going to try returning but the mechanic used some bolts and said it will be twice the price to re-bolt everything...Caliper bolts and t50 torx seems to be OK (hopefully).

Just what I needed worked well on my Ford transit 250.

Dorman is really good at making convenient kits like this one. The kit is almost complete. It has the bolts that bolt the caliper bracket to the steering knuckle, but not the bolts that bolt the caliper to the caliper bracket. I have seen conflicting instructions on whether or not the caliper bolts really need to be replaced, but they are small and would be easy to include in this set. Otherwise, Dorman is really good at providing those parts you assume will be hard to find.

If you have a Ford Transit 350 HD ***DUALLY***. Then this kit does not work with your front brakes. Well at least the 13 mm torque-to-yield bolts (22ft/lbs then 90) that have the blue Loctite on them will not fit your 350 HD if you have ***DUALLIES***!!!You will most likely have (5) TORX T55 bolts in place of it. You will need an extended TORX T55 impact bit to get them out and also a magnetic extension tool to fish them out.So, ***DUALLY BUYER BEWARE***Even Dorman’s website does not ask if you have a dually or not. They stop at the engine size and one size fits all. Not so.

Torque to yield bolts that have to be replaced each time you remove them. These worked great. Price was good and quick shipping.

These bolts are very important for the safe operation of the brake hubs and rotors. The manufacturers of the 2015 Ford transit 250 recommend that the bolts that secure the brake rotors and bearing hubs when replacing these parts due to the fact that they become weak from the torque required to install them and the weakening of the metal when they are removed. They were a perfect fit and come with “ lock tight “ thread lock making for a neat and clean secure installation. Don’t use the old bolts that are removed due to the propensity of them failing which could cause the brake parts to become loose and fail. I strongly recommend replacing them with new ones to avoid an accidental failure.

Bought these bolts to replace on a Ford Transit 250 in June 2023 as it states they are one time use bolts. Bolts were torqued to spec and all seemed good. It's now Nov 2023 and the bolts just sheered off. Would not recommend these to anyone. $200 tow bill and now new rotors and brakes need to be put on as well.

Not sure why Ford decided bolts can only be used once, but since that's the case, these did the job fit half the price of Ford. Not listed for 2020 AWD, but they worked for my brakes.
