Other than what's mentioned in the title, it functions. I don't feel like I'm going to be stranded now anyhow. Maybe it will loosen over time and read correctly. When I get to a half tank, I only have about 5 gallons. So I keep a 5 gallon gas can in the back at all times. Just in case.

Just like the ones I bought (and returned) to AutoZone for twice the price. Sealed my fuel tank good. No gasoline smell.

This took a bit to get on because it was thicker than original. I ended up using 3 vice grips on each corner of the locking ring and ring underneath. Tightened a little on each vice grip then clamped each one then took one off and repeat until it finally locked into place . I didn’t have the special tool to get it on so I had to make due with what I had on hand. Great seal though and no smell or signs of leaking gas anymore.

It is interchangeable with my 2005 Chrysler 300 touring 3.5L… No leaks, and no gasoline smell fits perfect on the filter side which is on the passenger side under the backseat and also is interchangeable with the fuel pump just make sure when locking it into place to keep it in its place or you will pinch it or tear it. Hope this helps someone.
