It looked like the OEM regulator, but needed a few tweeks to get it to operate smoothly. Also put lithium grease in ALL the moving parts to help the operation.

If you are converting from power windows to manual and have to buy the dorman handles for these then you will be sent the wrong screws for the regulator. Don't do what I did and trust em, Take the regulator in and get the proper screws at your local hardware store before install. It will save you loads of time.

Ordered wrong part the truck I needed to install it on was on the road so when it came in off road it was to late to return the wrong part otherwise it seemed to be a quality part
