Dorman 624-439 Automatic Transmission Oil Cooler Hose Assembly DID work as direct replacement on my 2018 RAM 1500 Special Service Vehicle 4x4 5.7L HEMI with BW-65RFE transmission.I verified via ROCK AUTO, Mopar E Store and Advanced Auto. Performed replacement last night, took me 2 hrs labor. YOU'LL WANT TO PUT VEHICLE ON A LIFT! Only tools needed were brake cleaner spray, WD-40 and multi angle pick. Watch you tube (MotorCity Mechanic - "removing Chrysler and Chevy transmission lines with no special tools") videos showing how to Remove lines without use of 3/8" quick disconnect tool. Carefully remove your C-spring clips on bad lines before removing, and on transmission before removing lines. Keep old C-spring clips and reattach before seating new lines on transmission.Pay close attention to disassembly. Very close attention to route the faulty lines are removed (together) from vehicle. In my case... It was necessary to seperate lines and install one at a time. Refer to old lines clipped together to find placement of clips after new lines after installed. GOOD LUCK!

They fit and worked but installing was horrible you have to get them in just right and the only way is from the front to the back not back to front when installing.

Fit great, don’t listen to the people that say you have to take the wheel and inner wheel well off. I did it easily without removing anything. Connect the trans side top first. Worked perfect

Didn't fit my 2015 Ram 1500 5.7L Big Horn, even though Amazon says it did. Needed a different Dorman part 624-874.

I used the application list from Amazon and this was not the right one for my truck. It was easy to return though.

They were a little tricky to install on a RAM 1500; however, they fit perfectly; and I hope that they will last longer than the OEM units which started leaking at 60K miles. I would strongly suggest that you also purchase the correct size Lisle Low Profile Disconnect ToolThe lines for my Ram required the Lisle 22930 3/8" tool. Well worth the money!!!

Able to change the leak line in 2 hrs.Used on my 2012 Ram1500.One line conector close to radiator was rust/ stuck. Need to use a flame torch ( plumber) to heat for 20 sec the conector and put some penetrator lube, let it cool down and with a plier turning gentle able to remove.I pulled both lines toward the transmision area from bellow and did opposite way at once with new line connected together. Didn't remove the tire. Working with the car parked on my driveway.Bought that quick disconnect tool but use it just on unrusted connectors, the others had to be removed with a small flat screwdriver( that metal clip) and use a plier to disconnect.
